This problem was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# FHEN5TNM36 and was
fixed in 6.5.5 and 7.0.

SPR# FHEN5TNM36 - Negative numbers are now handled correctly by the connector.
Prior to this fix, a problem occurred in OLEDB connector when a negative number
was used in a number field declared with NOT NULL. This overflow error was seen
in replication activity, could be seen in all activities involving data
transfer and was not platform specific.
